Wow, is it Friday already? Where did this week go? It's been an interesting week. It's really cold again and next week is supposed to be even colder, great. We went snowboarding and I had a major meltdown again and sat next to the bonfire for most of the day instead of being on the hill. I will get it someday. Work has been stressful even if I only work 20 hours a week.
But there is some good news. I contacted a UW art student who was looking for a beader that wanted to work on a project together. It seems like a cool project and it looks like he has plenty of ideas to keep me busy. He even said that he wanted to keep working all year. That's cool. I'm excited about it. I'm also pretty proud of myself. He posted something on a local bead store's Facebook page and I took the initiative and emailed him. I'm a huge introvert, so it's a pretty big deal that I took the first step. But if I want to get the jobs and get into some galleries, I'm going to have to do that more often. So I took that first step out of my comfort zone, and it really wasn't all that horrible. Yay!
So that's enough about my week, let's get to that freebie. This week I have this great designer pack.
It's perfect for your winter digital scrap book. This pack contains three digital papers and twenty page elements.
Don't have My Memories software, don't worry about it. You can use my promo code, STMMMS11215, to get $10 off the My Memories Software and then an additional $10 off any purchase in the store. That's a pretty cool deal. The My Memories folks have some really great scrapbooking things. And even if you don't scrapbook, the software and extras are really awesome. I don't scrapbook, but I love the software to make interesting blog post pictures. I even used it to make some labels for my homemade granola bars, so J wouldn't have to guess flavors anymore. Just use STMMMS11215 to get the discounts.
I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. I'll see you on Monday.
