I got the flu a couple of weeks ago. The only year I don't get my flu shot and I get the flu. Just the virus giving me a friendly reminded to make sure I get my shot every year.
Spring has finally made it to Wisconsin. We've had days that were in the 50s, which is a hell of a lot better then the -30 days we had a few weeks ago. Most of the snow is gone and I'm ready for spring. I started my seedlings and cannot wait to start gardening. Just a couple more months to go.
I'm getting ready for spring art shows. I'm trying to only apply for upper end shows. That means I've gotten a lot more rejection letters this year then normal, but I'm taking it in stride and reminding myself that that's how it is.
