Monday, Monday!

Is it really Monday already?  How does the weekend go by so quickly?  I feel like it was just Friday, but oh well, I guess I'll deal.

This weekend was fairly uneventful.  Nacho is healing up nicely.  She is still sporting a bandage on her neck.  We're hoping the bandages can come off this week.  I know she is very ready for it come off.  She has been a lot more active and has been purring non stop.  You can hear her purr from across the rooms sometimes.  It's pretty cute.

And don't forget, my 20% off sale is still going on.  Use coupon code NACHO20 and get 20% off your entire order, including patterns and clearance items.  This coupon is good until the end of September.

I am busy at work on a custom gauntlet order.  My UW student would like a white leather and a black leather gauntlet with beadwork on them.  It's going to be a cool project, but take a bunch of time.

I also finished up my project for America SCORES Inspired Art project.  I need to grab a couple high quality images and then off to Milwaukee it will go.  I'm really happy with how it turned out.  Below is the poem that inspired it.

Daniel, Age 10
Sally

Silly Sally sat on a sack
Slurping Sweet Soda
With a striped straw

You can check out some of the other projects on the Inspired Art site.  They are all great and I can't wait to see the rest.  I'm sure they will be awesome.

Let's hope this week is a lot less stressful then the last.  Here's hoping!
