A Blog Giveaway

So I haven't done a blog giveaway in a long, long, long time.  I think it's been about a year, yup like I said, a long time.  So I think it's time for a little giveaway.  Next week will mark three years with etsy and I'd like to thank everyone that has made it a wonderful experience.  So time for the giveaway.   

So what exactly is up for grabs here?  Well let take a look, shall we.

First up is a pair of blue dangle earrings.  These are fun bright blue earrings made with tiny little silver lined beads and then accented with glass bicones.  I have a pair of gunmetal ones like this, and I get complements everywhere I go.  But these earrings are not for the weak of heart, they measure in at 3 inches in length.

I'm also going to be giving some lucky person a beaded cuff.  Yup a really cute blue butterfly cuff.  It's fun and playful with two light blue butterflies dancing around your wrist.  It measures about 2 inches wide and has an adjustable wrist size.

New Cuff, Voting Time and a Giveaway!

I am so excited about this new cuff. I worked up a simple guitar pattern a few months ago (okay maybe it was longer then that), but I just never got around to working one up. So I made it my goal for the weekend to make at least one guitar cuff.

This is what I came up with. It's really cool in person and looks great on.

I worked one that was a little bit different, and then after asking the guitar expert of the house what he thought, I ended up taking the first cuff completely apart. He gave me a few good pointers and a few things to add to the guitar. And I am so happy with his suggestions. It really makes the guitar look nice.

I also modeled this guitar after one of his (his favorite one). So everything is the same color as his guitar. Well almost everything; this one is missing a pick guard and the pickups are a different color, but it's still pretty close.

I'm so excited about how this one turned out. I can't wait to make a bunch more in all different colors and with different backgrounds. Woo Hoo!!

December's Free Giveaway!

Well it's time for December's giveaway. But, what already? Didn't I just have one? Well yes, but I decided that I wanted the winner this month to get their prize before Christmas. Wouldn't that be fun, getting a brand new pair of earrings for Christmas? I thought it would be.

So here are the earrings you can win this month.......

A pair of handmade lampwork earrings.

These earrings were all handmade. The lampwork beads were made in my tiny glass studio (kiln annealed and hand cleaned). The were then assembled in my small jewelry studio using pink glass bicone beads and hand made sterling silver ear wires.

This giveaway is a little different from the last. All you have to do this month to win these earrings is comment on this blog post. Anything you want, tell me what you like, what you don't like, how much you want to win, or even how the weather is in your neck of the woods. Leave a comment on anything you want. And then Sunday I will pick a new winner and send these babies off so you get them before Christmas.

Up for grabs this month is a great pair of beaded hoops, some of my favorite. These hoops are fun and ready to dress up any Christmas outfit. They are all hand beaded with silver beads and accented with a fun cranberry, and if you look close, the cranberry beads have a rainbow finish. The earwires are also all hand made with sterling silver wire.
